We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges at this time, however if you receive your order and are unhappy with it for any reason please let us know. Contact us at: firstname.lastname@example.org with your concerns and we will respond to you in a timely manner.
We do not offer custom sizing or changes to the pieces of clothing listed on the website. They are sold as is, meaning we cannot change the style or do custom work on individual pieces of clothing. We do offer custom lengths on all of our dresses. Please see this listing for information.
Changes to orders:
Once an order has been placed, we cannot change that order for any reason. If you place an order and realized something was done incorrectly, please contact us right away. We will evaluate these changes on a case by case basis.
We do not allow cancellations for any reason.
Our turnaround time is subject to change at any time. Please note that it is currently 7 to 14 business days, unless an item is stated as a ready to ship item.
Please allow 1-2 business days for items that are ready to ship to be shipped. Once an order is shipped, tracking information will be emailed to the recipient via email. Shipping is done through USPS. Once an order is shipped, we are not responsible for what happens to the package in transit. All orders are packed appropriately, but mishandling by USPS can sometimes occur. If your package arrives and is damaged for any reason, we are not responsible, however please feel free to contact us. Replacements may be offered on a case by case basis.
If for some reason the shipping amount you were charged is $1 or more than the actual cost of shipping, you will receive a refund for that amount. Please note that if you would like to combine orders to save on shipping, contact us or write a note with your order to make us aware.
At this time all international orders are invoiced for exact shipping costs. We ship anywhere in the world.
